After joining the British ACF (1998) I became a PTI (Physical Training Instructor), in 2001 I became a RLSS Lifeguard part time and started studying Sport Science at Hull College. Before finishing college I worked fulltime in sport and progressed through the sports industry coaching to teaching, managing and then facility consultant.
