Indoor Ski Trainer

The Indoor Ski Trainer has been designed with functional, studio and HIIT training in mind.  Delivered through a fan (air) resistance mechanism, this tough cross country skier is great for both strength and endurance training.

Users can employ double pole and classic alternating arm techniques, focusing on exercising the legs, arms and core.  For users with lower body limitations or injuries, a complete cardiovascular regime is also achievable, working your core and upper body from a seated position.
