Vertical Climber

The Vertical Climber simulates a Users’ natural climbing motion.  Its an indoor climbing exercise machine, that offers a high calorific burn, low impact, total-body cardiovascular workout.

Engaging a Users’ body via a contralateral (occurring on or acting in conjunction with a part on the opposite side of the body) exercise method.  It targets muscles in the arms, legs, chest, back and shoulders in a fluid (reciprocal) motion.

Taken together, this total-body/contralateral design approach, is much more effective at improving a Users lung and heart function, endurance, and overall health, when compared to traditional CV equipment (e.g. Bikes or Treadmills).
